This patient had a trauma to the nose as a child and a pior rhinoplasty. A revision rhinoplasty was performed using advanced reconstructive techniques. Rib cartilage grafts and gore-tex were required.

Before: The nose is deviated markedly to the patient's left. The nasal tip is twisted. On 3/4 view there is a saddle-nose deformity (collapsed nasal bridge) and a prominent bump.

After: The nose is much straighter. The nasal tip has a more pleasing contour. The 3/4 view now demonstrates a natural nasal bridge without bumps or dips.
