This patient had a previous rhinoplasty. A revision rhinoplasty was performed. She also had a chin implant. Rhinoplasty and chin implant surgery are frequently performed together to bring the face into better balance.

Before: A droopy tip that is too large for her delicate features. The chin is recessed.
After: A more delicate and refined nasal tip. A stronger chin on profile gives a more beautiful countenance.
