Before: This patient complained of a "tired" look. He has hollowness or sunken looking eyes. He has bags under the eyes and wrinkles. His cheeks look deflated. He has deep crow's feet.

After: A more refreshed look to the eyes makes him look well rested. A blepharoplasty or lower eyelid lift reduced the bags and diminished wrinkles. Juvederm was added to the eyes and cheeks to diminish the drawn look. A TCA peel was used to further tighten wrinkles and diminish crow's feet.
