Dr. Marotta performed this work pro bono as a part of the "Face to Face" program which helps victims of domestic violence.

Before: The patient's lips are tethered by scar tissue everting the lips. The patient felt she did not want to smile because this condition caused her lips to be too large when she smiled.
After: The scar tissue is removed and the lips are reduced to a more attractive size. The patient is confident in her smile again.
