Before (left picture): The bridge of the nose has a bump and is crooked to the (patient’s) right. The tip of the nose is droopy or hanging. This patient is of Indian decent and wanted to maintain her ethnicity without being given a nose that appeared “too Caucasian”.
After (right picture): The patient has a more refined nose that looks natural. Your attention is now drawn away from the nose and toward her eyes. The bridge is straightened, the bump eliminated, and the tip slightly raised. The patient retains her ethnic identity.
