Before (left picture): The bridge of the nose has a large bump and the nose appears down-turned. The tip of the nose appears rounded and to be contiguous with the bridge.

After (right picture): The patient has a more refined nose that looks natural. Your attention is now drawn away from the nose and toward her eyes. The bump is eliminated and the patient has a pleasing profile. The tip of the nose is more refined with a gentle demarcation separating the tip from the bridge
