Before (left picture): This patient was unhappy with her nasal tip. The nasal tip has a “boxy” or square appearance.

After (right picture): The patient has a more refined nose that looks natural. Your attention is now drawn away from the nose and toward her eyes. The tip is more refined. The patient’s facial shape appears less square and now has a more pleasing heart-shaped configuration. There is a more gentle transition between the bridge of the nose and the nasal tip.
