This patient had a minimally invasive lower eyelid blepharoplasty.

Before (left picture): The lower eyelids have bags and wrinkling of the skin. The bags which represent herniation of fat pockets are accentuated with the patient looking up.

After (right picture): The bags are eliminated and the lower eyelid skin is tighter. Even with the patient looking up, no visible bags exist.
