This patient had full facial rejuvenation or an "Extreme Makeover". An endoscopic brow lift, an endoscopic midface lift and a facelift, upper and lower eyelid lifts and dermabrasion was performed.
Before: Multiple aging changes in the face. The eyes look tired due to a drooping brow, excess eyelid skin, and bags underneath the eyes. There are folds running from the nose to the jawline and jowls. The neck skin is sagging.
After: Overall the patient appears much younger. The eyes and brow are rejuvenated. The cheek, once lifted, appears younger and the face returned to it's youthful heartshape. The folds that ran from the corner of the nose to the jawline and jowls are eliminated. The neckline is more youthful.
