This gentelman was a victim of violence (Top Left).
The wound healed with a depressed scar of the chin and a scar band in the neck which restricted his movement (Top Right).

Simple excision was performed to improve the depressed scar on the chin (Bottom left). A multiple Z-plasty scar revision was performed to release the scar band (Bottom right).
