Before: This patient represents the most difficult facelift due to a relatively short neck and extreme jowling/excess neck skin. He also has an anterior hyoid bone which makes it difficult to attain a sharp (90 degree) neckline.

After: Dramatic improvement in the facial and neck appearance with decreased neck skin excess and the jowls diminished. The neck line is much sharper. An overall rejuvenated yet natural appearance.
