DIRECTIONS

BY CAR
Marotta Facial Plastic Surgery is conveniently located minutes from the Long Island Expressway and the Northern State Parkway.  Our office is privately situated off of Main Street, Smithtown in the Smithtown Commons Medical Building Complex. 

Ample parking is available directly outside of the office including several handicapped spots. 

FROM THE WEST (via the LIE)
Take the Long Island Expressway East (495 E) to Exit #56 (Hauppauge, Route 111).  Travel North on Rt. 111 (left off exit).  After approximately 1 mile you will come to a big intersection (Rt. 454) - continue through the intersection.  Go 1/4 mile to a traffic light (you will see a school & field on your right hand side) and make a LEFT at the light (this is still Rt. 111 - you will see signs indicating that the road turns to the left).  Travel another 2 miles to Middle Country Road (Main Street) in Smithtown (Millenium Diner on left hand side).  Make a RIGHT onto Middle Country Road.  Go to 2nd traffic light and turn LEFT into the Smithtown Commons complex.  Marotta Facial Plastic Surgery is located in the second building on the left (Building B).

FROM THE WEST (via the Northern State Parkway)
Take the Northern State Parkway East to end and merge into Route 454 East/Veterans Memorial Highway.  Continue on Route 454.  Bear LEFT at the split in the road and continue onto Route 347 East to Route 111.  Take Route 111 North (exit to right), make left hand turn at light onto Route 111 North.  (You will cross over Route 347).  Travel approximately 2 miles to Middle Country Road (Main Street) in Smithtown (Millenium Diner on left hand side).  Make a RIGHT onto Middle Country Road.  Go to 2nd traffic light and turn LEFT into the Smithtown Commons complex.  Marotta Facial Plastic Surgery is located in the second building on the left (Building B).

FROM THE EAST
Take the Long Island Expressway (495 West) to Exit #62 (Nicholls Road).  Take Nicholls Road to Route 347/Nesconset Highway.  Make a LEFT onto 347 West. Make a RIGHT onto Middle Country Road (Main Street - Route 25) in Smithtown.  Pass St. Patrick's Church on your left hand side and make a RIGHT at the next light into the Smithtown Commons complex.  Marotta Facial Plastic Surgery is located in the second building on the left (Building B).

BY TRAIN
Our office is also easily accessible by train. Take the Long Island Railroad on the Port Jefferson Line to the Smithtown Station. Cabs are available from the station to the office (1 mile trip).
