Joanie is a Patient Care Coordinator and a Certified Medical Assistant through the American Association of Allied Health Professionals (AAAHP). She has over 5 years experience as a plastic surgical assistant and has first hand knowledge of all treatments, both non-surgical and surgical. She is a member of the Organization for Facial Plastic Surgery Assistants (OFPSA), which is a chapter of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons (AAFPRS).
Joanie spent 8 years as a New York State Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in both paid & volunteer Ambulance systems on Long Island, and was part of a team of instructors for the Suffolk County Department of Health’s Emergency Medical Technician training program. She has her BA from SUNY Stony Brook & has resided in the Commack/Smithtown area for over 30 years.

Heidi is a Patient Care Coordinator and Licensed Medical Esthetician. She has over 10 years of experience as a plastic surgical assistant and has first hand knowledge of all treatments, both non-surgical and surgical. She has worked in the cosmetic industry as a manager of various retail cosmetic and skin care outlets and has over 20 years experience in medical grade skin care.
Heidi is a member of the Organization for Facial Plastic Surgery Assistants (OFPSA), which is a chapter of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons (AAFPRS). Heidi has resided in Huntington for over 20 years.
